One can truly HEAR the consciousness of guilt in Lori & Chad’s f@$!*%* voices their tone & choice of words, in that “They’re searching the property…” & when Lori says “They’re in the house?!?!” “No…on the property…they’re searching,” Any argument from a defense lawyer: a) not guilty by reason of insanity: 💩🗑️’d- that means being so wacko one doesn’t know the difference between right & wrong- they clearly both admit their knowledge that the feds/cops are gonna find something very wrong, b) no knowledge of remains on his property: he knows there’s children buried in his f$/@%*! Backyard so too 💩🗑️’d as any sort of defense. These people are deeply sick.

They committed these crimes claiming to believe that the world was about to end- hence the “doomsday” references…if one truly believed that the world was about to end in the very specific way that Chad claimed- in several published books, btw, one wouldn’t be worried about any of that. The banks aren’t gonna be conducting foreclosures on unpaid mortgages during the Apocalypse, paying the electricity, the cable bill, all of that wouldn’t matter if he truly believed the world was about to end. He didn’t believe that- it’s what is revealed by his “practicality” as you put it. He did not believe that. Ergo, he conspired to murder these kids, his former wife & others to spend the insurance & social security money procured & having Lori “grab him by the storm” 🤢uninterrupted by their spouses or her kids.

His "Wouldn't you agree?" is giving me PTSD. On the other hand, he's working his heart out to provide Chad a good defense here at the end - doing his best to sow some seeds of doubt in the jury, which is his job. If I were guilty of the things Chad is accused of, I'd *want* to go to jail or to the hangman's noose because I'd be a monster. If I were accused and innocent, I'd want someone to try to defend me, so good on you, John Prior.

I know! Flush mom right down the toilet. I just watched Emma's testimony, and she had some really bizarre, snarky things to say about her mom, like that she "insisted on driving the nicest car." Well - she was the one gainfully-employed person with benefits in the family. It sounds like Chad just drifted around having fun. He didn't even do the yard work. It sounds like that was Tammy as well. Definitely some weird relationship dynamics in that family. It's sad. Poor Tammy.

Emma and her husband are grown adults. Why were they living off Chad ? They found bodies in her Dads yard and Emma’s only concern was about HER and HER finances. Her free ride SHAME on the people in that community who continue to let her and her brother teach in their schools. They showed texts in courts of both them calling children light and dark.
