One of the best guest brought on the show. She hit on a lot of my questions.

She is my spirit animal! I've been full-time nomadic for 3 years with no desire to "settle down" in one place. (Also prior military.) This interview makes me feel so seen 🙌🏾

OMG. This was AMAZING!! She was just incredible and engaing. You have no idea how good you are at this. I would not have watched this as I am the opposite of BOUJEE but maybe I should be sometimes lol!! This was just a wow! Loved it. I was going to Ireland next year but now I am definitely going and I am splurging after hearing her, not quite a castle but...! I love the way that she said that just because she travels, she does not have to be outside all the time. Here Here!!! I travel that way. Again on a scale of 1 to 10. This was a 12. So enjoyed this and stayed to the end.

Cambodia is beautiful. A very resilient people, especially after what they went through with the genocide. The country has a rich history and culture and the people are again very welcoming.

This thing about booking on the Mexican site is true. I did the same thing when I was booking with Aeromexico last year for a flight to Oaxaca and it turned out to be much cheaper. I crossed the border in San Diego to Tijuana. And flew from the exchange to Huatulco on Aeromexico.

That's such a valuable statement - renting instead of buying a home is a flex in some situations. It's great to see someone be strategic about this.

Thanks so much for this interesting conversation. I so enjoy hearing these experiences. Some feedback on the audio quality: It was extremely difficult to modulate the volume to hear you and your guest at a comfortable level. The volume level needed to hear your guest resulted in your audio sounding like it was through a megaphone. There were times thst it was a strain to hear your guest, even with the volume high. Thanks again for hosting these discussions.

I so needed this! I have been delaying travelling to France to finish my french language journey because of my 2 older dogs. I am now coming to the decision that it would be best for me settle in one place with a balcony/yard, enjoy France, and study french. Thank you

QQQ How did she pack for the world tour since she went from cold(snow) climates to warm climates? Did she discard clothing as she traveled?

Thank you for the information. I'm USNR (ret) and a full-time RVer who's living the nomad life in the States and thinking about transitioning to full-time air bnb, hotel nomad life. I have a lively rottie and a bouncey mastiff that travel with me right now so going international will be a later step in my life. You have shared some valuable information. Health insurance, and car rental hacks stood out to me the most. The places you have traveled to as a solo woman of color has lessened my fear of traveling to mid-European and east Asian countries. Again thank you for all the valuable info.

As a retired member of the armed services are there places that you can stay in other countries at a reduced rate?
