its better than fayetteville, had my car broken into 3x in 6 months down there. just south of fayetteville is the worst as far as fentanyl, drugs etc

@@brendasantillan3001 I definitely would, I'm coming from the Sacramento area and there is just not a lot of opportunity out here anymore and when you see so many businesses fleeing it's time to go but I just started putting applications in out there and already have 3 interviews and that's in the winter time so there is a lot of work 😀 more opportunity, safer cities, better schools, better economy, tons of activities for kids and families outside, it makes sense to go if you can

Hey Leo, Thanks for commenting! I can’t speak for the entire state but what I can do is give you my opinion about Northwest Arkansas. In my opinion it’s a very accepting place with people of all races and nationalities. It’s grown so much in the last years, to the point where most of the people you meet here are not from here. We have a very southern/Midwest feel here and people are very kind. (Of course you have good and bad people everyone, no matter where you’re at in this world) I’m a husband and a father of 3, I know I’m a white male but I would still never advise you to move somewhere that I thought was not safe. Thats the problem with social media before.. NWA was a series of small communities that people loved that are from here now people would like to try and promote it for their own gain until it turns into LA which it's not far from ...we dont have the infrastructure for this amount of people .and just an fyi walmart is building their new home office because with all the buildings they currently have that made up the complete home office we're/are all over town and when there are meetings people have to leave their office just to meet at the main building to conversate ..that and the fact it's way out dated and no longer represents the size and value of the company ..i respect you have a job to do but most people i talk to here would like our small communities back

Hey Martha, thanks for reaching out! Are you referring to Summit Place by chance? That’s a community with new modern homes and a st named Freshwater. If so, homes there are going for around $200-$225 sq/ft. Let me know, If that’s not the community that you were referring to and I’ll do some research and find out some more information for you.
