You keep knocking it out of the park with these videos. I am subscribed to a bunch of different channels that cover NWA, and your production quality is better than any of them. Example, the fade from the current picture to the historic picture of the same place at 1:17 is great.

What do you think this region will look like in 10 years? Will there be good job opportunities for your kids? A major college they can attend? I have to say that I really like what I see and it seems that kids can enjoy a lot of freedom here. In most US cities I wouldn't even think of letting my kids be on the bike and no one is.

10 years from now… Population will be double, there’s already a four-year college in Fayetteville, multiple other colleges and universities around NWA. Real estate prices will continue to rise, the region will continue to be a sought place to live compared to many other parts of the country.

@@LivinginBentonville I guess the easy answer for me is, that there is so much to explore, whether it's indoors or outdoors. My hobby is photography, and there is no shortage of things to experience and photograph. We moved from San Francisco Bay areas about 5 years ago, and the only thing I can say I miss, other than family, is the bay and the ocean. But being in Bella Vista, all of the lakes in and around us more than makes up for not being near a coast.

Great video, sir! Curious question...I know there are lots of mountain biking trails, but are there plenty of walking/running trails?

Thanks for the compliment, my friend. Of course, all of the single track mountain biking trails you could run those as well. Many people do. In fact, my daughters track team also trains on some of the single track. The Razorback Greenway is 30+ miles of paved/concrete trail from Bellavista all the way south through Fayetteville. Many people also like running the tour road around Pea Ridge military Park Plenty of places to run. Thanks for watching my friend. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

You are most welcome. Yes, certain trailhead and parking lots by many of the single track trails, especially Coler mountain bike preserve, slaughter Pen, and of course, the Razorback Greenway will have water filling stations. however, if you get too far off the main drag, it may be wise for you to Bring along a Camelback or run with a bottle.

What about apartment complexes and Trade Jobs

There are apartment complexes in every city practically in Northwest Arkansas in regards to the big four: bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers… As far as trade jobs. Yes, there are trade jobs as well with so much construction going on. Anything specific I can help direct you toward?

Are there any entities which recruit new businesses and entrepreneurs to NWA?

Not that I’m aware of, but never been asked before. Many of those types of folks are ambitious enough to make the move on their own I’d say. Yet again, I’ve not heard of companies here recruiting entrepreneurs. What makes you ask? Thx for watching
