So, this is super helpful. Unfortunately for me, I only saw this after I did the battery swap myself. When I pulled out the old battery, I inadvertently ripped the ribbon cable going from the BSM to the connector. Is is possible to reconnect these two pieces?

Yea it is possible to reconnect but it will probably take more time and cost too much to repair economically and safely.

What is the thing that you used as other battery? to power the iphone when the original battery was out?

The board powers the phone with the connecting cable when the battery is connected with the board. My other battery is the spot welder battery.

If done before iOS 17.4.1 then your battery health will stay reset.
