Was this visit and walkabout at the Defence HQ because of Prince Harry and his association with Invictus Games or Meghan Markle because she says she is 43% Nigerian and Royal. So although not a Royal Tour - its a Royal Tour, they were given everything that they would have done had it been Prince William and Catherine. I see it as a Royal Tour.
