Full video: Pickpockets at work in Portland Costco parking lot, police say

Portland Police are looking for a trio of pickpockets who were caught on video stealing a wallet from a 93-year-old man who was pushing a shopping cart. The Portland Police Bureau released surveillance video of that incident and several other attempted thefts.

everyone should use a Fannypack. I mainly use it though for easier and quicker transactions because it has 2 mini pockets on the front where I can store both the dollars and quarters separately so I don't have to end up holding the line while I keep digging through my wallet.
