Bonnie laid the forefront with her videos of throwing Jody under the bus, this was planned and executed to make her seem more like a victim as well. They set the ground to and her plea to hopefully get less punishment. Ultimately SHE was the parent in CHARGE and she let another person influence her over her children. If the Judge lets her off easy, this was covered up in ways, NO VOICE for those kids. I am praying that part of doing the plea was to spare her kids for having to testify, they were already blaming themselves and them in front of a jury would be devastating. Guardian ad litem will advocate for the children at sentencing. Just because she took a plea deal doesn’t mean she won’t get a significant sentence and there’s no way she’ll get custody of the kiddos again.

They could have just took it to trial but there must be a reason why they offered her a plea, unless her lawyers told her that if it goes to trial, you could get this amount but if you plead guilty now and avoid a trial, we could possibly get some leniency. B felony child abuse in Utah is 1 to 15. and or a 10k fine but the judge made no qualms that prison time is in the mix. this whole situation makes me sad for all involved

There has been several cases this year regarding child abuse. The boy in the box- his father received 6 years. The woman who has been found guilty of starving her 15 year old till death- her sentence will be in several weeks.

I think the smile was attempting to get her family’s sympathy and support, it seemed quite childlike, she knows she’d f ed up with them. She needs someone to send her commissary & visit her. She wouldn’t longer exist if I knew her 😤

@@jennamolini2752 Well, I heard in another vid that each count carries 1-15 years in that state, so that would be 4-60 altogether... But I suspect there is going to be a possibility for parole after a portion of the sentence is served, right?

@@dyawr i heard that as well about the 15 years per child or something and i honestly don’t know about whether or not she’ll get probation after serving a specific amount of time but hopefully she won’t. i don’t even want her to be able to have the opportunity to see her kids again like she looks like she was more frustrated instead of remorseful
