@southernfrugalmomma Hey Brooke. I’ve been rolling with you since the beginning because you are real. Yours is not a gimmick. It’s who you are, your family is down to earth and you never come off as trying to be anything but down to earth. Thanks for pushing through when some of these comments made you feel like throwing up both hands and walking away. We thank you for putting on the thigh high boots and walking through the crap, coming out on the other side smelling like a rose. All of us frugal mommas that are looking for ways to become more frugal (tip)our aprons to you. Much love!

My Granny ( depression era) taught me. I must pass it on. This recipes provides for 3, so do the math. Slice, do not peel, one bag of apples( any kind, its the depression) put 1 stick of cow butter in skillet. add apples n one pound of thin sliced hotdogs. add 1/2 cup to 1 cup karo , I use light. Granny used dark. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and fry, smother after with lid on. Best ever!! it's like dinner and dessert. Make soft and enjoy! Turkey hotdogs taste best if on sale!

I'm ve been seeing a lot of people making this bread lately , the way it puffs up reminds me of sapapias....I would add 2 cans of tomato soup to my leftover and make chilli the next day throwing any leftover chopped tomatoes, pepper and and onions too and adding cheese in the bowls. Low and slow oven bbq ribs ,I cook them the same $7 a. rack OMG much higher in FL.... I like to use garlic toast to make grilled cheese sandwiches,...I bought an electric skillet for my daughter and son in-law for Christmas and they love it and say it makes cooking so much easier 😊❤ great job Brooke I love it that you improvise it shows we all make mistakes, and ya gotta go with it😊 my church message this week was about being kind but the times people say things and it pushes our. buttons - we' re human , God understands , stay kind , people are better when they " feel" cared about, it gives each of us a feeling of mattering😊❤

Even though you said you made the wrong recipe on the sliders don't worry about it. Everybody liked it and got fed so it's a win. Who doesn't love breakfast for supper? We have that quite often. Thank you for the delicious recipes. I’ve wanted to make ribs, but didn’t know how. I am going to made them now using your recipe. Your instructions took away my fear of screwing it up. Thank you so much. Love your channel.

Where I live in the PNW, we're sandwiched between to reservations...so we have plentiful access to frybread! If you haven't had it woth jam and powdered sugar, try it. Its soooo good! Or a little honey. They have frybread tacos all the time here for fundraisers. Delicious.

Way to go Bray! I’m totally stealing the mini naan grilled cheese idea. Looks perfect for dipping. It’s rainy & cold here in northern KY today, so soup and grilled cheese dippers for dinner. ❤
