Let me say that, for a novice like me, this format is the best. When you lack experience, you don't know where to look, so your commentary is really useful for identifying things that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Yo, LOVE the commentary. As a beginner to the sport it's super helpful to hear how you are approaching things

Honestly this has to be some of the most raw weightlifting training put on YT in recent years. This full week format really puts in perspective how much damn work it is.

I feel like this is easier to keep up with, especially based on your schedule. It would be like those weekly kid shows back on cable.

I really like this video style. Love hearing you explain your thoughts while seeing you lift heavy. Looking forward to next week!

This post commentary format is great! There’s alot of nuance being conveyed here that wasnt done with the other live commentary format. Excited to follow your training for this block!

I like this format. I like hearing what you liked/disliked about certain lifts, and the purpose behind this or that exercise.

the car yap is great because you get to here dozer ramblings outside of the workout. If you could include some car yap in the weekly recaps, it would be well balanced.

Dylan, big dawg, how long would you say each session takes? Tempted to start twice a day in the AM before work and then PM after work, if the sessions are a decent length it may me doable for me. Currently 117/145 at 89 sitting at a desk most my life haha.

I'm by no means a weightlifterat all, but can the body actually recover from so much volume on the total body? Bodybuilders only hit the same muscles maybe twice a week. Or is it because it's mostly heavy singles so it's fine?
