Hi Erin, I love your workout and am a longtime subscriber to your workouts. I have a rotator cuff injury, and I need some exercises to help strengthen the muscles around the rotator cuff and some modifications, so I can do heavier shoulder work. What are your suggestions?

I am always looking for different ways to hit the rear delts! at the 5:30 mark I love what I am seeing! I tell everyone angles train angles! got that from you years ago! of course one of my friends read is at angels train angels. that too is probably true! thanks! hope your hoof is better!

Hi Erin, Thanks so much for another great video! I bought a nice cable machine during the pandemic and it's been difficult to find good workout videos for all of the different muscle groups. I've found a great one from you for lower body. Would love to see a video or series of videos that cover this as well as maybe full body workouts for those times that we are limited on time, on weeks that we can only get a workout out in once or twice a week. Watching you keeps me inspired to keep working hard and smart ❤ you really are the best!!!
