@@nikkibest5010 "Get a better job, then" Well, someone has to do the service jobs. Not everybody can work as engineers and "consultants", since the demands for those jobs (while somewhat high) will never reach the levels of the demand of service jobs (which is an even higher demand). Ever heard the saying "too many chiefs but not enough Indians" ? Exactly. There will always be more lower end jobs. However, employers have the means to pay these jobs enough money to avoid employees having to the those "government handouts". More often than not, wages are kept artificially low *JUST* so people in the service industry have to purposely *APPLY* for those handouts.

That's not entirely true. They have their own stresses. They weren't all born into money.. So many of them were waiting tables and doing odd jobs before their big break. Being in character and being on set for 12-13 hours a day.. Working odd hi hours, always being in the public eye, not being able to be just left alone, not being able to go out, being gossiped about on the internet and shamed and getting threats and people literally treating you like objects taking pictures.. All takes its toll and is very stressful. Saying they don't have stress is like saying rich people have nothing to be depressed about, only poor people do. Also, it's one thing to wait tables for a few years before hitting it big at 25 and suddenly no longer needing to worry about every day stresses. Knowing they could enter any store the rest of us shop at and could buy anything inside and not have to worry about a $400 electric bill. @@rebeccagreen7241 Exactly. And with money, there comes also extra-problems. Like suddenly finding out your charity you started is led by a person who embezzled the money, for example. And I'm decently sure that a LOT of celebrities (the ones with real jobs like actors or singer etc) are really stressed about never being able to walk outside without being ambushed. It strips you of your anonymity, and you do not know how valuable that is until you don't have it anymore. And if you have mental problems (anxiety or depression), people are less likely to be understanding about it. "Oh, what's S/HE getting depressed about - s/he's got a perfect life!" So I'm not saying I'd rather be broke with 40hr jobs and 5 kids and no partner. But I prefer being moderately well-off and having my privacy, too.

I just want to put it out there, i am in my early 20s and i have wrinkles in my forehead. Theyre slowly evolving from fine lines to being identifiable from a distance. Im getting laugh lines around my mouth. Im totally ok with this. It is little different to me than my hair and nails growing longer. It is not that i hate it and have to lie to myself. And also, it is important to remember wrinkles are not WRONG but im ok with it. Wrinkles are NORMAL and DO NOT AFFECT MY HEALTH. It is one thing to not like wrinkles, but i think it is very dangerous how we treat wrinkles as a problem that needs to be solved. I know my face will keep changing and that it will be hard with the social pressures around me to be ok with it, but i will always work to keep accepting the new normal.

Deep wrinkles in your EARLY 20's is absolutely not normal unless you've gone UV tanning frequently or work out in a field in the hot sun all day. Even in your 30's wrinkles shouldn't be visible at a distance. You should seriously look into some tests to see if you're deficient in anything and see a dermatologist as well.

Also, most of them know that when they're not on the job, less is more. Most actors/actresses have to wear so many cosmetics during the day, they keep their daily skin care to a minimum to rest their skin. More isn't better. Look at Dr Dray's skin, it's impeccable.

The "8 glasses of water a day" trope is false also. Everyone recommends it and no one can point to any research that it is based on. Our bodies are pretty smart. There's that thing called "thirst" that your body does to tell you when you need to drink something. Water is so cheap and plentiful here we don't know what it's like to go without. If you drink 8 glasses of water a day you're never going to experience thirst, just as if you eat every 4 hours, you're never going to experience hunger. Listen to your body. It's pretty smart.

Maybe it's just based on appearance. I knew someone who was chronically dehydrated (even if you have access to safe, clean water, it doesn't mean you'll automatically consume it...) and when she finally decided to start carrying around a gallon jug of water everywhere, her face skin really did look different. Fuller. Healthier. That was the only change she made. Maybe most people get enough hydration through their food/drink, but for those who don't, a commitment to drinking more water can make a difference
