Actually, #1) I was referring to your first, most recent video. I had already assumed you listened to that kind of shit. So i went to look up the artist and song to see if my prediction was right -- and so, indeed, it was. Then i decided to look further, by seeing the lyrics of song to prove how trash it is. Secondly, as lateral (or whatever the fuck type of name that is) stated, lo-fi is literally mimicking old school rap beats, whilst you sit there listening to mumble rap, not even knowing actual rap. That's why i found it ironic, especially when you stupidly said that i dislike rap, whilst making fun of old school hip hop beats like an ignorant. Ed’s dangly legs! And it can’t get any cuter than baby Al. This episode made me understand Ed’s grudge against Hohenheim more. Of course it’s all perfectly reasonable from the start, but when I first saw this episode, it clicked to me why he was so angry at Hohenheim. Besides the fact that he wasn’t there when Trisha died, Ed was really fond of his dad when he was a toddler. He was clinging to Hohenheim’s pants leg, smiling when he was being held, and wanting his dad’s attention when he was busy in the study. Ed really liked being around his dad then. EDIT: And heh, they’ll never guess what’s the deal with Hohenheim and how he and Father were connected. It’s just impossible to predict. So close now!

In the US military, at least now, you do say “yes, ma’am” to women and “sir” to men. It might be different in other militaries. A lot of military traditions probably date back to medieval times, where “sir” was used to refer to someone who was knighted where as ma’am was just a contraction of madam.

thats b.s i have met alot of military personnel, my dad, and brother were also both in the military. all of them have said that you don't call your commanding officer sir or man you call them by rank and if you call a drill sgt sir he will yell at you and say 'SIr? i work for a living you call me Sgt"

houseofaction I’m in the military: you call them by name if you are supposed to know their name, esp if they are in your chain of command. but if you don’t you use sir or ma’am. That’s why we have sir/Ma’am in the first place. You aren’t required to say “yes (their full name and rank) “ every single time outside of basic/field training because that’s just a waste of time. On active duty it’s okay to say “yes sir/ma’am” to save time. It’s different in basic training because the instructors there are doing everything possible to make your life more difficult. The more important the person is, the less okay it is to not say their name. An example of when it would be okay to say yes, sir would be if someone gave you an order that you needed to carry out quickly. Or you might say “good morning sir” if you were a first lieutenant and you saw a captain walk past. BUT if you were a first lieutenant and you saw a major general walk past you would ABSOLUTELY say “good morning Major General Armstrong”. And if you said sir to a female you will get ripped to shreds for misgendering a superior officer.
