@BhambathaDlungwane-ze1sx9 күн бұрын
Reason being is that Joe actually takes what he does seriously and wants to contribute solid work. Jay is that guy who doesn't help with the project but shows up and gets marks because it's very rare for him to saying backed by actual research, he consistently cuts people and segways to conversation like some of us want to hear the rest of what the person was going to say but we never do and he does it to Adam, Joe and Ronaldo. I think Jay could br a great person outside this YT ish but tbh he just shows up and adds nothing of value besides the dad jokes which tend to be funny from time to time but Joe is elite, he really goes out of his to give up info Jay would say "idk much about the player" like dude do your research then do then video to give us some bit of info because it comes off as him not even trying

12:25 "the manager becomes a plug in" Yes! That's exactly how I see it. The manager is hired to simply manage game time ect. The style, the tactics will be mostly set by the club, with maybe tweaks by the manager. But if a manager leaves, the next manager won't have a different "philosophy" or style, it will be the same. The manager will have to fit the players style. No more hiring a manager who plays 7 at the back and a DM to park the bus, when we're a squad set up for a 4-3-3 and counter attack It will be the same when we buy a player, Ashworth and Co will get round pegs for round holes.
@MicDubTV10 күн бұрын
The club sets the overarching tactics such as, "play attacking football, we want to press the opponents hard, etc". What the club will NOT do is say, "we want you to play a 4-3-1-2 formation with overlapping wing play". That is up to the manager. Now, the club decides who is the best for the job based on what a manager tells them his philosophy, formation & playstyle will be like. But, the club is not generally telling a manager, "Hey, this is the formation that you're playing & you better not play a one striker set up or else we'll have an issue."

Same here. From what I understand Blanc and Brailsford are board members alongside co-owner Jim Radcliffe and everyone at Manchester United are under CEO Omar Berrada who will report to the three above him while Dan Ashford, Jason Wilcox, Christopher Vivell, Erik Ten Hag and everyone else reports to Omar Berrada with him being the highest ranked person at the club in terms of football operations and day to day operations.

Easier said than done. Clubs with these structures in place have been trying to do this for years & are frankly a decade ahead of us. Even then you can't rely on South America which more often than not disappoints big time.

@mzakaria1010 күн бұрын
I don't mind. Our youth setup the past decade has been poor - Mainoo, Garnacho, McTominay, Greenwood, Henderson and Rashford have been the only notable additions. Vivell's focus focus is on recruitment - we can actually start to get incisive in the market instead of just splunking £50M and £70M on obvious choices. Has experience in a multi club setup. Etc, etx

Man utd suffer from having quite an unfashionable colour scheme and badge, no one is going to wear our stuff for fashion like PSG. Look at the New York Yankees logo. Peoople who ever watched baseball in their lives wear their caps because its a simple recognisable logo and the colours go with anything. Man Utd, basically has a bright red and yellow coat of arms that we all love, but no one is gonna wear that because it looks good.
@andywilson852410 күн бұрын
One of the reasons why Man Utd have over a billion fans world wide is because of the colour red which is considered lucky in lots of countries in Asia. China is a huge market to tap into with the colour red and brand.

If you're a club that has or had the player's name messi, Ronaldo, mbappe,salah, and even as far back as beckham you're going to sell millions of shirts, sometimes regardless of what team they actually play for. The Real Madrid beckham shirt was HUGE, as was the LA Galaxy one

Couldn't have had a worse take on it... United's logo is one of the most Recognised Sports logos. If they do a Collab with a Big American brand like PSG did with Jordan (I know the Nike and Adidas thing will prevent that from happening) but any other big American brand and don't make the price Uber crazy, the sales will dwarf PSG x Jordan's sales
