Just put a set on my 2019 Ranger Highlifter, ended up with a smidge more negative caster than I wanted. Tearing it back down to adjust the arms will have to be for another day. I really like the arms, the factory HL arms are thin metal.

Just remember to put in the steering arm adjustment when you put these in. Moving the arms forward will and using the factory steering arm length will give you a massive toe-out. Adjust the arms out to bring the wheels back in to straight within a good eyeball look and you will be able to see your negative camber.

I just bought a 2019 900 and it has zerk fittings do yours have the grease fittings too?

If you’re véhicule is not level the angle gauge won’t give you the right angle should check the caster before removing the stock arm as a reference point 😊

Does the locking nut tighten towards the pin tube or towards the end of “A” arm?

Tightens into the end of the a-arm.

If I take my stock ranger diesel and want to change out my a arms to super atv..what has to go and what parts can stay on...who can help give me a quote (just the fronts)....that were damaged in an acident.

I assume with the 1.5 offset arms you have to get longer axles?

No you do not, these a-arms do not make your machine any wider it just moves the center point of your wheel forward 1.5".

Axles yes shock only if you are doing the top a arm as well

Good info., but how are we going to set the Caster on these arms ? Mine just came in. I need to reset the front end and nobody has info on Caster adjustments using this set of arms. Thanks!

I had the same problem. After your ride height is set with loaded weight, tape a digital levels to the roof front to rear. Lift the car so it stays level and remove wheels and axles. Use the digital level holding it from uper ball joint to lower ball joint, looking from the side of the car. Kind of eye ball it 3 to 4 degs.

How would I set a base adjustment for a arms that are longer then factory?

There isn't really a surefire way to get a set of longer a-arms setup without putting everything together and checking camber, unfortunately.

I don’t know if it shows on the instructions for a 1000 xp that you can adjust the caster but on the 900 s it shows the caster is adjustable is that correct?

Yes caster can be adjusted with these a-arms as well.

I agree, with the suspension at full droop your suspension isn’t going to have the same camber as it would at ride height?

Just got a set for a commander and instructions say to check camber with machine on the ground and suspension settled.

Need a better design to where you can adjust camber without taking the A-arm off and on only to guess on each try… You need it to be like a tie rod design… a bolt with left & right threads and jam nuts

@5:05 when you’re explaining how to preset your a-arms… That’ll work great in a perfect world, but mine are bent, that’s why I’m replacing them, and taking a measurement is useless

Most of our a-arms will come preadjusted to make installation a little easier. If they are not preadjusted, you can follow the instructions beginning at 6:57.
