I hadn't seen a stand up before and these are absolutely adorable. Genius to use a drying rack to hold the cookies upright while they dry. Do you have any videos on making perfect royal icing? I still haven't mastered that at all and you definitely know what you are doing.

Gail Arnold isn’t he a cutie? The carrots are my favourite element of this set. I grew up with tipped icing bags and have t ventured into tipless. I plan on trying them some day. For now though, I’m gonna stick with what I know. Thanks so much for the comment and watching!

I put the cookies in air tight containers as soon as the icing hardens up. The ones in the video would be as be the longest I'd push it. Great question! Thanks for watching.
