I learned somewhere : " The most powerful frequency to leave the human body is the frequency of authenticity." I am 66 years old and I can sense it from people in person or on screen. Kristina is a gem of a person - true - and raw in every way .

I have been following Kristina for years and it has been a joy to watch her evolve and grow. She is such a pure soul and definitely a rare gem. She handled herself so graciously this whole interview , especially when you quizzed her on how she receives all the nutrition she requires. Honored she takes the time to share her lifestyle with the world and serves as inspiration for anyone willing to receive. My favorite part of this whole conversation was when she said "Limitations don't run my life, LOVE runs my life". Beautiful!❤️

Growing your own food is the ultimate freedom- I started a permaculture garden around my house in South India and I am eating 95 % my own homegrown living foods! And you do not need as big of a place as she has- my space started with just 400m2 and now the whole area is less than 1/4 of an acre and there is soo much diversity! A bigger space is not needed , I could not even manage more than that on my own! Everybody can start growing their own food !

Love Christina ... have been following her for many years. She is the embodiment of compassion and love I strive to be like her. But she is a blue print of herself, there is no-one like her. I thank God for putting her on this earth in the fully raw community So happy Christina is not triggered or phased by the nay sayers. They have been here since the world was created and they will always be there. Thanks Christina for never firing back at your attackers. Youre the best

Im only a quarter of the way through watching the Chervin/ Kristina interview and just want to say to both of you THANK YOU for being in service to making this world a better place. When we trigger people we have actually made an impact on their lives. The haters just need time to evolve. Society is changing for the better and you are an inspiration and the torch that lights the path. Incidentally your work does not go unnoticed - The up an coming generations are spending more money and focusing more attention on health and well-being than any other generations that have passed by and its because of people like you that humanity will survive and thrive. THANK YOU.

Very inspiring to be as genuine as you can be with your life....some of us are working on that with you Kristina. But that doesn't mean you have to be raw vegan to do that....I think anyone who is working deeply on their spiritual side, is going to give what they put in their mouth a lot of thought....so, I hope that means eating less animals, and as fresh a diet as possible. Some of us can not go completely plant based, and I know, I have tried every which way, but I do eat eggs and a piece of fish occasionally, but I have not eaten land animals in many many years, I have been a vegetarian for 35 years. It was always my wish to become totally plant based, but because my body will not tolerate just fruits and vegetables, I can not do that. I think it's important to get it out there, that because your diet is right and wonderful for you, and this is for everyone, , it is not going to be that for everyone. We all have to really take our diet seriously, and figure out what is best. I have spent my whole life experimenting and trying to see what is best for me. I have had a chronic migraine situation which I had to manage for 30 years, and I did a lot of experimenting with different foods, and I have found over many years, what is working best. I agree that there are many people that eat lots of crap and don't even give their diet much thought, and that is probably a sign of what their spiritual side is like too, very unexplored and chaotic. Anyway, I admire and bow down to people who have really given food much thought because it does very much affect us emotionally and psychologically in a big way, and if you want to be your best, and we all should, then diet is the first place to start with changing and improving your life...P.S. I found the sugars in some vegetables and fruits too much for my body, so a high protein diet with plants or eggs is right for me at this stage, and absolutely, no processed sugar, and have to be careful of very naturally sugary fruits and vegetables. Headaches can be caused by many things, but sugar and natural sugars are one of them.

Jah & Jahes love. This was a great interview with Fully Raw Kristina. I agree with her about the fact that she triggers a lot of people. And I really don't understand why that is. She's just saying that eating fresh organic produce is the best for optimal health. And it has everything to do with self-love. After watching this interview and reflecting for some time ,I see this episode is like watching a conversation between the age of Pisces and the age of Aquarius, and what the main focus of the health field is going to be more in the future, people are going to demand even more all of the scientific logical framework of who what when where why etc when it comes to the health field.

I TOTALLY resonated when she said she turned things off because of overstimulation. I’m there right now. I left most social media and I’m pursuing silence like my life depends on it. I can’t handle the feed. It drains me. We need to learn to be still. It’s critical to health same as fruit is.

I'm getting more and more videos as a suggestion from KZbin lately all about going raw and It feels like a path Suggestion from the Universe some how. I got the same feeling 13 years ago, when feeling miserable and with less hope for healing mds or aplastic anemia. Therefor, Kristinas videos back then, poped up and again now. .... I made 13 years ago an immunsupressive Therapie and thought that i could possibly die. After One year of schoolmedicine I came across the topic selfhealing and started surching for help. I then saw Kristina video and from one day to another, i went fully raw vegan. I felt great back then and had amasing results, 8years after that i gave birth to my now 4 years daughter and still here, alive. .... But,... After getting covid 2,5 years ago the aplastic anemia came unfurtunatly back. Because of pregnancy i started eating everything again (Meat, fish, dairy..) and i have to say, i feel adicted to this foods. And i know It sounds like a excuse, But having a hamoglobin of 5 sometimes, you just don't have the strenght for cooking or juicing or cut a apple. There is no energy for nothing, IT is horrible and really Hard to live this way. So please don't talk only about excuses. ..... However, i feel that going raw is the path i need to go back to and pray to god, to give me the strenght for it, stay in the process this time and heal again. ... Thank you for this Type of Videos and you Kristina for still inspiring me.🙏

I get that some people lash out and are plain mean, but there are also some genuine concerns as well. Me stating that Kristina’s complexion in this video looks off (green) isn’t coming from a place of jealousy or hate. I’m simply stating something that is very apparent to anyone, I’m sure. Also, she’s living her “perfectly aligned most divine life”..but she’s thousands of miles away from her family, no life partner, no children..this to me seems so empty. Maybe she chooses this, but it seems purposeless to me.
