it's not necessarily unhealthy to mix foods, right? Just that it doesn't digest perfectly. I love mixing potatoes and tomatoes, or rice and salsa, or orange juice and bananas

Breakfast: eight apples. Lunch: a whole packet of mangoes + dates. Mid-Afternoon: more apples (about three more) + about a half bowl of grapes. Dinner: BIG salad, consisting of swiss chard, baby kale, romaine, zucchini strips, roma tomatoes, cucumbers w a dressing of: grapes tomatoes, swiss chard stems, tumeric, ginger, rosemary, cilantro, and a bit of lemon juice. Felt great! Awesome! And also danced to some Jennifer Lopez, to work off some calories, LOL. I can say that this is an awesome lifestyle. SUPER ABUNDANT.

I always wondered about food combining, so glad you made a video on it! Used to mix all my smoothies with orange juice and would add a banana to make it creamy. This morning I made a coconut milk, pineapple banana smoothie with some nuts. Have just been drinking water since feeling bloated from it. Good to know why now! Thanks a bunch! The chart is beautiful. Hugs and love

Glad you shared info on food combining. Easiest for me are the mono meals! It is a no brainer, also I can buy a lot of what is in season to make it cheaper to do. I have been having several smaller mono meals throughout the day. Now, I am eating just blackberries for a snack. Thanks for giving us your love that helps us make better food choices.

For breakfast = 1 small watermelon; Lunch = swiss chard, kale, grapes, lemon, ginger, carrots, and tomatoes (32 oz. juiced); Dinner = Romaine lettuce, swiss chard, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, with blended mango & sweet peppers as my dressing.

The only things I understood before about eating for proper digestion was to eat foods that digest more quickly (fruits) first then proteins or starchy veggies, and that greens and most veggies go well with almost everything. Beyond that combining seemed too complicated to me, but the chart makes it much easier! Love it!
