Great and timely video! I wish I lived in a more "growing friendly" area. I am putting in 2 more beds and have bought sprouting seeds and microgreens, dried fruits and nut butters. I have to store some canned foods so I choose the best quality I can find. And have some of the other items you have suggested. There is a sense of peace and serenity that comes from being prepared. Without a doubt, this is the best prep video! Especially for raw foodists and anyone plant based. Great video. I live in a cold climate, but grow as much as I can during growing season. I freeze, and am canning what I can to preserve foods. I also save seeds to use the next growing season.

Lots of good ideas. I just cannot afford to buy all of the products in spite of the discounts and I have an apartment sized refrigerator with a small freezer. I can do small parts of it but definitely not at the huge scale that you are able to do it. Thank you for the food for thought.

Kristina...this is a reverse osmosis filter system. Which is not my favorite at all. Do they have a water filter that is carbon as well as removing arsenic and all those other no nos in the tap water? So appreciate you bring this to our attention.
