How can I get the app for my computer? I do not use my phone for things like that, because it's too small to view! Also how will I see the reply to this?

Hi Kristina, is it safe to eat sprouts that get fuzzy? My alfalfa sprouts look great but my spring salad mix and broccoli sprouts look fuzzy. I think I’m going to start over with less sprouts in each jar. Thanks for any feedback you can provide

Where did you get the tray that you are using to tilt the jars while they drain?
@Modelremedy4 күн бұрын
Yes, I wanted to see that too, she didn’t show the drain process. 😕

Genuine question here, I would love to do more raw, but I have 2 jobs and the prep time is a struggle. Any ideas for making it easier please?
@pwetty4r43 ай бұрын
I'm having the same struggle. Wish there were some kind of raw food meal service... Although I did find a juicing place that does bulk juices near me
@greenteaprincess023 ай бұрын
I would say meal prep like you would for cooked foods. Pick a day to chop up veggies and fruits and put them in sealed containers. Then when you want to make a salad, just pull it all out of the fridge and create it. Make the dressings ahead too. They keep in the fridge for several days.

@@greenteaprincess02 oh thank you. I note that salad leaves keep ok in plastic containers lined with paper towel, do you have any other specific ways to keep things at all? 🙏😊

That is how we are supposed to eat seeds,when they have sprouted, microgreens or fully grown plants. We are not meant to eat the seed,it’s got to be planted and grow, then we eat it. Nuts,Legumes and Grains are all seeds.
@tripletflamesrainbowstarpeople3 ай бұрын
I don’t eat sprouts or ginger anymore because I’m Jain and raw vegan, and I believe in ahimsa, or non-violence towards living beings, including plants
@tracyherwig47333 ай бұрын
Please don’t take this as a slight, I am genuinely curious! What do you eat, if I may ask? Is it ok to eat fruit or veggies that are harvested from a plant, or is that considered “violent”? Is it that sprouted seeds have the potential to become a full grown plant that makes them morally inedible?
@pwetty4r43 ай бұрын
Just looked this up, fascinating!
@robertaswanson56333 ай бұрын
The people at the Findhorn community, in Scotland, communicated with plants and discovered that they love to offer their gifts of food to us. It's important to be grateful to them but they want us to eat them; otherwise, their purpose is not fulfilled.
@pinkiepinkster83953 ай бұрын
We need the protein and fiber from greens. You won't get enough protein from fruit alone.

Hi, Kristina, I don´t wanna make you sad , but I am a political activist against war and I have to ask you: Is your family ok ? Your sister and parents live in Texas , but what about your grandparents or other relavives ? Since Israel fights against Lebanon, there is a lot to worry for you, I guess. I hope, everybody is ok...all the best.
