I know this is 1 yr old but I am so grateful for this knowledge. I tried to sprout Moong Beans but failed, they began to rot. I used the failed beans as lactic acid base for garden vegetables but now I know what I did wrong. No vinegar! Wow, great tip, thank you for sharing!

great greetings, to you young woman. i have been hand making various breads for years, placing black sesame seeds and celtic salt on top of the bread before baking, yet Tonight, i looked up to see if it was possible to sprout sesame seeds. Such a tiny and beautiful seed. I like sesame seed butter (tahini) and wondered if i could make sesame seed sprouts, (or microgreens) to add to my sandwich bread (homemade breads). And your instructional video gave great pleasure to watch and listen. This, in turn, brought me to see your Lentil video here. Your voice and details are very comforting and NOT intimidating (as sometimes can be seen with the egoistic world). You flow with nature. I thank you and send thought-filled positive blessings to you. Thankyou for educating so many. I feel most confident to make more micro AND macro ingredients that will compliment the bread i share with others. ... to be continued. ❤😊

Marie, I noticed that in your recent sprouting videos the seeds go directly onto the sieve. Do you still use a burlap liner when you sprout mung beans?
@FineArtofCooking Жыл бұрын
Yes. The only time I use the burlap is sprouting mung beans. Unlike other beans, mung beans need to be covered up and weighted down in order to grow long and straight. Thanks for watching my videos.
