Absolutely… I was in my friend’s XC 90 plug-in in hybrid the other day. I was blown away with the refinement, speed and overall subtlety. On the other hand, I was also in a GLE (2021 model year) the other day and the interior creaked over every bump like crazy. Very disappointing.

I work at the volvo factory in sweden and have the s60 PE. Great torque which makes it easy to pass other cars. Even running away from police 😄. Nice handling thanks to the öhlins dampers. I have been using the car like i stole it. Running it on street races and done over 80 000 km. It still holds up really well. Now the few negative things I have to complain about is the cheap plastic interior. Speed limit is a big downer, and the car is fairly sensitive during summer and winter periods. During winter the electric range is suffering. And during summer you suffer power losses due to hot air. I suggest for every one getting one of these is to get a sport air filter. Also keep in mind brake pads and brakediscs are fairly expensive to replace! (Pads cost around 700$ in Sweden.) Last but not least the battery will suffer about 10% range loss over a course of 50 000km.

@@megatmohdazlanzahari9573 depends on country you live in. If you live some where in EU preferably close to Germany. Check out heico sportiv. They are quite expensive though. Other than then D5T5 in Slovakia supposedly have the capability to remove and put it back.

I have a v60 with a 2.0 t4 engine stage 1 when towing in the heat in the Mountains sometimes it gets a power loss does it help to place a sport air filter

I'm sure all the top audio systems are great, but since B&W is the only one I've owned I have to agree. When I bought my Jax XKR, I thought things were hitting or falling off the car on the way home, because my ears were hearing sounds from behind and slightly below me. Music that I'd listened to for years, I suddenly heard not only instruments, but voices that I'd never heard. A few years later JLR went to Meridian and I've heard that is just as good but as far as I've heard personally, Bowers and Wilkins is simply unreal. You'll never think of car stereo the same after your first listen.

Owning one of these for 5 month (not the extended version). If you spec full option T8 recharge, the price will be similar to this Polestar version, so I think the polestar is a better choice compared to non-Polestar version. You loose comfort of a Air-Suspension “, but you get much better breaks that are essential for such a heavy car! Also looks are better and even head turner

Hi Michael! Thanks for watching. I would say if speed and performance is something you enjoy it's worth going got the XC60 T8. If you do any sort off roading then the GX will be better. Let's say this - if you stay on the road 100% of the time go for the XC60 T8

My 2017 XC90 T6 R-Design has the Bowers & Wilkins sound system which is worth every dollar Volvo charges for it. Yeah, it's that good.

I've got the V60 PS ER version. It's a beautiful car but the PHEV system driven daily is very annoying. It often hunts on and gas in pure mode. It also takes forever to charge and uses petrol like a Lorry in PS mode which eats up all your electric mode benefits and savings. Android Automotive/Google is quite buggy as well. The connection stops frequently. I love the cars style and features but really cannot wait to get a modern full electric Volvo wagon with a fresh platform.

Not once you start living with one. The upgraded akibono brakes and brembos are big plus on a car thqt weights over 2000kg. I have the s60 t8 PE. And would never in my life change for a regular T8 and the öhlins dampers are to die for.

No one has ever died in a Volvo XC60 in an accident world wide. A record no other car manufacturer can compete with. Remember Volvo gave the motoring world the 3 point inertia seat belt FOC - which was invented by a Volvo employee. What a gift. The safety features in a XC60 are numerous. What about the anti whiplash backrest of the front seats. (If your spine is shattered in an accident - you have Zulch.) No amount of money is worth your quality way of life. You have 1 chance in an accident - drive the car that gives you the best chance of survival. Volvo.
