Working out alone can be daunting at times when your alone but that’s why I put together this fun, feel good stretch routine that’s meant to be done with a partner!
It’s time to grab a friend and get moving! Having a partner allows you to truly deepen the movements and stretches by giving into gravity and trusting that your partner wont let you go. This routine is perfect for building trust within yourself and allowing tension to fully release when you can learn to give your weight to someone else. I highly recommend these stretches for expecting moms because its a great way to move with your partner, friends and/or loved ones. It makes movement a communal activity and there’s nothing better than moving with people you enjoy spending time with! I absolutely love these stretches.
