Fun with Electrix MO-FX and some random thrift store records

Found an Electrix Pro Repeater and that Polynesian record in the same day. Hoping to cook up some fun with the crates and crates of free, $1 bin, and thrift vinyl I’ve been sitting on. Much thanks for the inspiration.

Sounds amazing! What is your signalflow here? Do you have a mixer or just an interface?

Thanks! The record player is just plugged directly into the phono input on the MO-FX and that's it!

Oh, I see! I can't recall exactly what pre-amp I used that day. It was likely either my API A2D or my Focusrite ISA428. For A2D conversion into my DAW I use RADAR converters.

Oh you are very good ! Just how many layers can you make with it ? Is it sampling or creating endless delays which you can layer ?

Thanks! It's just a delay that you can keep adding to until you turn down (or off) the feedback regeneration.

@@bontempo1271 I actually sold mine a little while after making this video. I will likely regret it one day, but I just felt like I never used it enough and was trying to downsize a bit and raise some funds.
