For those who say Elvis slept all day and stayed up all night...they make it sound like he had a weird problem...The truth is, he's an entertainer in Vegas where the public were in the casinos during the day and at night they watched the entertainers! So yes he did things in reverse...as did all the entertainers!

His life was no different than a theatre tech. My daughter was a sound and lighting tech who worked all night and slept all day. Her friends would say to us oh your daughter doesn't come out with us at night anymore. I said that's because you work all day and she is sleeping and when you go out it is at night and she is working.

The King was never dethroned. Movie scripts were bad and yet theatres were packed. We wanted him anyway we could. So now we hear AI programmed by someone who never knew him, cutting pieces of video together and putting him down. He not only was the best entertainer ever, he was also the most generous, charitable celebrity ever. He's not here to defend any of this but fans remember the joy he gave us all. Something that people who made this never will.

Agreed. My poor dear mom who didn’t know any better give me a sleeping pill at around age 12 because I was stressed about something or hurting or for some reason, I don’t remember, but I remember the age and the feeling. She didn’t know any better. I’ll never forget the feeling of it hitting me& flopping on the floor on a blanket with all my muscles loose. The pill called Carbitrol and it was popular sleeping pill with people in the 60s-70s. It was later recalled and I’ve always search for that feeling again. I’m 62. been on Quaaludes and Ambien… Don’t ever take Ambien, it is hell on earth… So now all I take is Xanax, generic, by😮 prescription once a month. I still go through it before I’m done. I have to wait to get it refilled it so that addiction is still there. I never told mom that I think that’s what happened because it was out of the goodness of her heart and she didn’t know but you do always chase that first high and never find it. I don’t like pot either by the way, ha ha

After several Years of watching almost every Documentary , Interview about his Life i am starting to accept the fact hat Elvis, beside his Addition to prescription drugs also took other drugs…especially Cocaine (liquide & Powder) It really hurts me inside but i think he was in constant denial of his addiction problems, just like every average drug-addicted person is. I think for most of his hardcore Fans this is very hard to accept that he became over Years a serious Drugaddict just like many of the great Rock/Popstars in those Days. I will take me some time to accept it but it does not make Elvis less likeable… He was a very charming, Indianer funny & active Person through most of his Life…with a very Kind, considering and generous Heart. I love you KING 🙏❤️✌️💪😘😊

Elvis had started feeding his addictive personality while in the army. That is very hard to fight, guess it was lucky he never drank alcohol or smoked! His momma never taught him to sleep by himself from a little boy hence he always needed someone for 'company'. We know a lot of his companions were not about sex. The pills were prescribed so okay to him. Overeating wouldn't kill anybody right? Unfortunately no one knew his family history including Elvis! In some ways he was still like a teenager! Do what feels good NOW! In his Jungle Room CD he talks with that little stutter thing, makes him sound so young! It's a shame he had to take over the role of 'provider ', he really wasn't ready for that especially at the hands of Parker! He took so much money from Elvis, sad very sad. Love you E ❤❤❤

@DesireeBoone; he paid hard for his fame, and doing 3 shows a night was suicide. I mean no wonder he started taking uppers. And to boot, ENT DR GAVE HIM LIQUID COCAINE FOR HIS THROAT. I know ENT Drs did this, cuz I worked for a Dr. In Beverly hills, doing physical exams for the INS. Companies for many Celebrities and Rick bands. In the 70's there was detail pharmacuticalpersins leaving samples like it was candy. I know cuz I used to take the dexadrines and black beauties to lose weight. I wish ELVIS would've known Dr. Shapiro cuz he put me on a protein diet and I lost 80 lbs with liquid protein. I looked good! ELVIS WAS a patient down the street of an Eye speacial, I saw him a couple of times go there. One time I ride the elevator with him and I guess where his body guards. I also saw him at Anaheim in '76. But, in '73 I met him in Vegas by mistake, in back of the International Hotel as I walked back from throwing away a bottle of champagne, we had drank celebrating my friends wedding! So, I'm a great fan since I was around 9 yrs old. 😉

Got caught in the tightening cycle. Never ends well. All those Southern guys were on the same program, and it went back to the 50’s when they were playing the circuit in La, Mississippi, and Texas. Elvis just had unlimited access and no consequences until the guys outed him. But he died 10 days after publication

Being a Priscilla fan I remind everyone who viewed this vlog that Priscilla was a thankless long time girlfriend who had no friends outside Elvis' family. No choices of her own made her a prisoner to her life with Elvis. Like her, I love him and the changes he gave his generation and the generations to come. But, as we all know he was one ramped up, wild rock n roller. She sought the openly romantic life in a man that everyone knew would be her perfect shelter. Plus, how much could any woman stand knowing how many side romances Elvis had.

And like everyone else, she's also responsible for her choice to stay. Nobody held her hostage except possibly her opportunistic parents and siblings, who benefited handsomely for years from her connection to Elvis. Having read many dozens of memoirs, I know the following for certain: every single one is written from one perspective only, an accounting of something simply being printed on paper does not guarantee it to be the indisputable truth, and it's impossible to verify the accuracy of conversations or events between two people, with no witnesses to provide corroboration, and especially when one is now dead. At least half of Elvis and Me I just don't believe. Priscilla is a master manipulator who's worded her accounts to make her a victim of Elvis' control, yet her post Elvis choices of men have shown she's gullible to the manipulations of a series of men only interested in her for her money, now former good looks, but mostly her celebrity. We all get back what we give out and sometimes a lot more...just to get a karmic point across loud and clear.

Priscilla Beaulieau Knew his lifestyle before she lived with him & after. She could have left @ any time. She had friends , outside the wives of the Entourage, she had the first affair a few weeks after lisa was born. Before marriage Elvis was on tour & she went to a concert of Mylo Lefevre & she was wild over him. The girls couldn't believe it . She wanted to go back thr next night but no one would go with her don't know if she went by herself.. you should read Child Bride a great truthful book. That has been researched all interviews were done personal & recorded by author Suzanne Finstad she is also a lawyer it's the truth interviews were her classmates in Germanh boyfriends, she wasn't shy, or nieve, or innocent. She also wasn't pure likecshe would have everyone believe. She's capitalized off Elvis for over 50 yrs & still doing it. She's deceived him with the help of her mother. There is so much she has done that she hides.

You met Elvis in Person and you don`t know that he was a true CHRISTIAN until the End? His personal Library was filled with religious books and his personal Bible was full with hundreds of handwritten references and questions that he had about his role in this Life. Elvis was a spiritual Searcher his whole Life through. In his Concerts he always had a set of Spirituals and as an Actor ocassionally he preached the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST to his Co-Actors while waiting for the Scene... You think because he couldn`t manage his Prescribtion-Drugaddiction he can not be a faithfull Christian like he was? You better think about that...

No one pays you to tell a story that isn’t fillld with controversy. The family cut all these guys off snd they were correct too. F them all. One very accurate example of how Elvis was slipping was letting the likes of a Ginger Alden into his life, wow what a piece of work she was and still is to this very day!!!! That thing has to be the worst kind of female for any man to cross paths with and it goes to show you how badly things were going in Elvis' life at that time that someone like HER was allowed to slip through the cracks and get next to Elvis, she's definitely another aspect of how bad things were at the end😢
