Why did you call cupping marks bruises? They are more like a hickey not a bruise, a bruise is damage to the body like when someone gets hit. Example: a black eye from being punched.

They are actually "cupping marks" or Toxin indicators. I agree with you they are definitely not bruises.

the technical term is Petechia. Bruising is simply a layman's term for easier understanding.
