This is great for a endurance, Although the light weight seemed to make her "cheat" a bit on some of the exercises. This puts the emphasis on completion of all the sets and not actually getting out good quality sets which I feel is counter productive for a "functionality" exercise.

Shoulder press after shoulder press is too much stress for the shoulders ..u have to choose the proper exercises

My trainer had me do this last week...it's evil..but the good kind of evil...took me a full 30 minutes to do it twice...(omg)

Not a functional. Not at all. Her posture and position is not correct. The workout is good but not functional.
