I will weigh in as a 'senior athlete' (mid-60's). I just received my pylo box - I have worked with pylo boxes 12 years ago in a cross-fit gym. I think they are wonderful but I caution seniors to not bounce around like guys in their 20's and 30's on these boxes. Select an appropriate height and bring your rep count way down. Increase it only if they is no strain, but you are better off doing very limited reps as a senior. If you are a true 'elite' senior athlete, then go for it, but the body is far less forgiving at our age in doing ballistic movements. You can look great and not kill yourself doing it!

I love the exercises, but aren't you supposed to take a rest in between sets when doing plyo workouts.
