I have a little list of odd workout tasks, ie towel grip pull-up, rock carry etc. and assign a number to each. Roll a die to choose at random.

I did week three day 6 of Stew Smith's FBI workout. I'm using it as a primer before doing his PJ/CCT workout. It's going well other than the rug burn on my ass from sit-ups.

Currently stuck but happily stuck on swim team so Saturdays are my days where I can really workout. I do Mike Maroneys basic cals to keep my numbers up, and run during swim practice as well. Hoping to get to comfortably pass the PAST by the end of this year/February and can start your indoc grad program so I can prepare and confidantly enlist following this summer. Nice video, learned a lot!

Just checked ur account bro. You have a long way to go. your basically a novice, these goals are far fetched. However it might be possible if you keep your mind straight for those whole 2 years and maybe get a coach. Your gains in 3 weeks are impressive I must say. I'll keep track on your progress to see if your reach! GL
@straightgains62396 жыл бұрын
@@gymlifegoalslife5377 Thanks for your answer, I appreciate it. I will definitely consider getting a coach on the long run but for now i'd like to see how far I get without one. I consume a lot of calories, get enough of rest and workout 3 / 4 times a week. I just want to prevent the progress stagnating and avoid disappointment. Peace

How much does the Mace weigh? Was it easy to make or did you had it made special for yourself? What are some proper techniques that one should maintain as they are training for INDOC?

Hey, so I'm in high school right now, Junior, and I want to be a PJ, cyber security backup, but was wondering for bear crawls and crab walks, how far should we be going. I run a 6 minute mile in jrotc, and can do 35 cadence push-ups, 50 regular push-ups in a minute. And I was hoping you could create a video on correct form, as I believe I can do a pushup correctly, but could be different for PJs, as well as my pullups and sit-ups. Thanks, keep up the all the great content, and thank you for your service.

Hey ive been training in a lot of ways but i have a handicap in that i bulged a disc in my lumbar, with the bulge facing to my back. I have been rehabing it but was curious to know if you or other guys deal whit these injuries and how? I have had success with using a pillow under my lumbar to re enforce proper spinal arch while sleeping. Weighted pullups from hips. Decompression using a Glute /Hammy developer to hang over. Also sled drags from the waist seem to help a lot which you featured. Thanks any more info would be appreciated. I honestly felt like giving up on my PJ goals but learned of MSgt Roy Benavidez. I figure my injury isnt near that bad so i shouldnt have any excuses...

They have a 2 year cross-train system. So instead of waiting for your 4-6 year contract to end; apparently you just do 2 years of your original MOS then you can request a transfer to train in a new MOS.
