Unfortunately there are some who still have a lot of trouble with that. Some are some of the greatest men and women I've ever known but they shut down with this stuff. Its heartbreaking what they go through as a sacrifice for us but what they feel inside is much worse. I only wish the best for these amazing people and hope they find some clarity and peace within themselves during times of hardship. Thank you all who served for being there for is and i hope we can all be there for you in your times of need. Ik its not the same as those who have gone through it all like you but whatever we can do to help even if its to get yall to smile a little. Til Valhalla.

This hits home, I came back drinking, I gained weight and had severe anxiety. I would just shut down and not want to be with the kids or want to connect with people. I did not see combat but I was battling with transition. I always felt like why am I so different, why do people think I am fucked up. I did a boot camp with my wife and that forever changed my life! I now have no anxiety, no depression, I am ready to cut alcohol and I am a open book with my demons. I am training for a murph and now I feel like a better dad and husband. Thank you for sharing your story thank you for your service in and out! This will be a new motivational video for me. People getting out go talk to a counselor! get help when you need it talk about your demons open up and you will feel amazing!

One of the hardest things to do is TALK. I had to learn that the hard way. I was 4 wks in basic (Marine Corp) and I had a heart attack. My military career was over before it started. I went hide myself in a hole and the bottom of a bottle. I felt like I let my brothers and my country down. Long story short admitting there is a problem and talking is the first steps in taking back your life. I really enjoyed this vid please do more!!!

I hear you Bro! 25 years in law. I recently had a family member killed by a kid I have in custody years ago. So much trauma in and out of work. PTSD and major depression disorder got me sandwiched. I hid in myself for so long it took years of therapy to discover the real me. Life looks different when you have no armour on.

Brother, I just found your channel, by chance and I love what you stand for and what you're doing. I started a veteran program through my gym in 2017, because I saw the need for the men I was meeting to have a "mission" to focus on. It's called "Operation Re-Engage." I use physical fitness as the catalyst to getting these men (and sometimes women) back in the battle of "normal life." Cheers, brother!

Since that day, September 11, 2001, I'm not sure how many Americans fully grasp the debt we owe to our U.S. Military service members. To hear about some of our military guys, who have all been through so much, I'm just not even sure how to respond. I can only say "Thank You" and continue to pray for our guys and gals in harms way. I pray for them to come home and be at peace when they return. God bless America.

As the son of a Naval Officer (after being adopted from an orphanage) it's intriguing how completely opposite our life trajectories were - and simultaneously how much we have in common. Every generation unpacks the bags of the previous. It's my job to leave smaller bags (and better tools) than I inherited. I highly recommend reading about "Transgenerational Epigenetics" for anyone else on the same mission as a parent.

This is a great message for cops as well. Police are treated worse today than the military vets were during the Vietnam era. I say worse because police are not just being vilely protested but are actually being assassinated at an alarming rate. Motivation, morale and even comradeship are at all time lows and they cannot rely on their departments or unions to help see them through the mental anguish of the "defund mob" from making them feel their lives have been utterly wasted. Most cops are basically self reliant in getting themselves out of this rut. Your words are so valuable and so applicable. For this, your solutions are also ever so relevant. "Its tough to be the big strong guy because it is always hard for everyone to see how much you are hurting."

The name of this company is so on point: Matt, and the other operators he served with, are some of the finest citizens of our country. Their bravery, commitment, and dedication to fighting for our nation truly show that they're made of "Iron." Who are they fighting against? Cowards. Cowards that use IEDs and ambushes because they are too afraid of a fair fight. Cowards who masquerade as refugees, infiltrate our nation, and work to impose beheading, female genital mutilation, and pedophilia in our communities. Cowards who fly planes into buildings and force innocent people to jump 1,300 feet to their death lest they be burned alive. Cowards who fight in the name of a tyrannical ideology named Islam. They brand Matt and other brave heroes like him as an "Infidel." Well you know what? If this company is going to help me become an "Iron Infidel" like Matt, then consider me a loyal customer. Amazing video guys! I just subscribed to the channel. Glad to see there's one athletic company that doesn't cave in to politically correct garbage and calls things what they are. I think it's time for me to go buy some resistance bands...
