Thank you so much for this! I am a personal trainer and a fully certified Pilates instructor; I try so hard to get my Pilates clients to cross-train with me, and it just hasn't happened! Thank you for addressing this!! Love both of you. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge!

Great podcast. I typed in Stacy Sims bc I wanted to hear one of her podcasts and this popped up. I have a trampoline in my Amazon cart. I've been interested in jumping but Stacy you don't suggest a trampoline but a pogo?

Dr. Sims I live in sf bayarea and I’m recovering from a prosthetic joint infection several years post original surgeries, 3.5 years. I had to be sedentary for many months and it’s driving me crazy because I gained weight. If not IF, what would work for me while I’m recovering and not able to train with weights. Plus I’m scared to go to a gym because of the prevalent Staph infections risk. Is there a ST system I can get at home that would work for me? Please keep in mind that I’m still recovering from the two surgeries antibiotics protocol and my mobility is still limited. Thank you

I like what she is saying. I've become a follower of her official page from just two podcast. My only issue is you saying the current administration will be harder on women. You don't live here. I'm an avid follower of politics and policies. It's the opposite if the other party won.
