In this Full Body workout, the small ball will be used as a prop to take traditional Pilates exercises and add some fun and creativity to it. You can still follow along even if you do not have a small ball. This is a 20 minute workout for all levels, and will have a strong emphasis on targeting muscles in the entire body especially the abs. It will focus on coordination, and aim to increase your flexibility. Let's have some fun!
