Top notch info as always! I would have given anything to have your channel back in the 1970s/80s to learn your techniques when I was a kid! Keep building!!! Thanks!

Great video. I have built lots of the Willy's kits. Your tips are great. Also in my opinion the front wheels and tires are wrong. The correct ones are the ones on the coke Willy's pickup

Great series of videos, sir... I can remember about 35 years ago, AMT had a release of a 33 Willys Street Rod that gave me fits and subsequent nightmares, and almost made me quit modeling for good. Maybe you guys remember it... It was molded in a very pale blue, and there was a 32 Ford Vicky with the same style box art. Strangely I'd like to have one back now. I haven't seen that casting or a repop of it ever since. Subscribed!

Never have used the kit windshields just substitute for tinted acetate

The reason why a windshield doesn't fit is because American made kit molds are not tooled accurately. There's no sanding plastic on a Tamiya to make parts fit, they fit perfectly! I'm not saying American kits are lousy, I love American hot rod kits and have many of them. But when I build a Japanese kit they fit like amazing. Yes their pricey! 🇨🇦🇱🇷

Kind of surprised anyone would take a model to a show without doing these steps.

Jake I feel for ya. Young man do you watch what you do to him. Great effort I'm old enough I am aware when you point out mold lines like on the hood but answer modeler could not see what you pointed out Jake's Camara didn't even have a chance. To focus. Or maybe lm that old that it's my eyes

I herd the correct pronunciation is" willis " not Willie's. I herd this like last year. I always pronounced it the other way also for over 30 years.
