Looking at the catwalk training it is tough and I can really feel it for the contestants. As a dancer myself, I think you all can consider adding mirrors on the side? So that the contestants can visualize the angle of the legs when they lift up. I think that it will definitely help alot.

I think it's easy to keep telling them "u're still kicking ur legs back" but they probably don't really get what they're doing wrong, would have worked better if they were given a proper reference + a mirror on the side to check their posture all the time

As a physiotherapist who does lots of postural training and assessments, perhaps some good stretches before getting the models to align themselves against the wall will help them to achieve the action more easily (and be less tortured :))

This is very interesting to watch. Thanks for sharing. Maybe the models would do better if they had a good example in front of them to show them how to position their leg to walk correctly. Suggestions: maybe the instructor could wear a shorter outfit instead of wearing long, baggy outfits so the models can see her legs. I kinda felt sorry for them cos they didn’t have a good example in front of them Lead by example. Just my thoughts.

What she mean when she says “you are still kicking it back”? She wants the knee to go forward a bit more is it? Because before you extend the knee, you have to bend your knee while bringing the thigh forward, so doesn't that mean it looks as though you are kicking it back even though you are not? I really don't understand Bonita's criticisms towards Donna

If the instructor wear high heels , tight clothes and give instructions the same time , the students are follow easier. She needs to show more patience and love when teaching.

they are working to be full time models hence they dont have work and idt they get paid while doing training because the training is what they're so called given in return for signing the contract , like usually u wld have to pay for training but for them its free i think
