One of the best videos I came across on YT. Sarang explains each and every point very clearly and in layman terms. I generally use ANSYS for simulation but I am looking forward to learn HM as pre-processor so it improves my simulation result considerably as well as increase my future scope in the industry.

Why they are using different softwares for each process( pre process, Analysis, post process)

Because hypermesh is not a solver. It's a pre processing software. You can mesh and set properties, constraints and boundary conditions in hypermesh and solve them in solvers like ANSYS, optistruct, radioss etc. Depending on the type of analysis you do. For viewing result The post processing, that is , showing results in graphical or data in post processing softwares like Hyperview, or ANSYS itself.

Unlike ANSYS (which I think you have experience in since you asked that question), hypermesh is not the complete FEA package. It is just for pre processing.

I personally found that Hypermesh gives you a greater control over meshing and that is why it is used for preprocessing in the industry
