It's interesting how "hard techno" nowadays sounds exactly the same as hardstyle in the 2008, people thinking these screeches are something innovative when it ain't. Good tutorial btw Marcin! Since most people use same vst (rave generator) for these kind of sounds.

A quick idea would be to create a hoover like in my tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bpW7hHWGbKprmNE , and add to that sound another low-pass filter, quickly automated with an LFO. I think you should get something quite similar
