Can you please explain how investors can exit their investment quickly. The fund size is still relatively small. I believe the investor will have to wait for another buyer to buy the shares and may have to offer the shares at alower price, thereby losing some gains. Could you please share more information on this. Thank you

Fantastic question As of March 2024, our mixed fund has only recently launched to public. For the past 2 years, we operated our fund with only 3 investors, including myself. Since we launched to public some 6 weeks ago, we have been receiving steady increase in interest and investors are already coming on board. Our total fund size is now $10m give or take, however, I expect this figure to significantly increase and touch $100m within 18 months. Therefore selling your shares to other investors is indeed a quick exit strategy, however, not the only one. You can also sell your shares back to the fund. It is important to note that sale of shares has to be authorised by the FUND Management, it can't be done freely and at any price. As the FUND management company, we shall only authorise sale of a share if the sales price is in line with the share valuation. In other words, the shares you hold collectively add up to the value of the fund (independently valued by Capital Markets Board approved surveyors) and therefore the share price represents the strength of the fund and its value, hence the fund management is highly unlikely to authorise a sale below approved valuation. In short, selling your shares at a loss is highly unlikely and not desirable by the FUND itself.

20% ROI in TL terms is no ROI at all given TL - Hard Currency movements. So, when we refer to our returns / ROI figures, we talk in terms of hard currency such as USD. In short, yes our expected returns are 20% per annum in USD terms. Thanks a lot, great question, a point that I should have covered in the video myself, so thanks again for asking.

On REIF we do performance fee so no extra charge , if its private fund managed from your side then we deduct 2% per Annum of AUM
