I love that you are supporting and promoting projects like this. What I think is also very important to consider ist this: We are actually already producing at least 2,720 kilocalories per person per day in this world, so enough to theoretically feed everyone. Apart from stupid economic and political reasons, a huge reason for the incredibly weird distribution is the conventional meat and dairy production and consumption, mainly in the western world (example: if we feed about 20,000 kcal of corn to cow, that produces about 2,000 kcal from meat. Imagine we ate that corn right away). So thinking about cutting back on that, or caring more about the origins, could already make a big difference, too. Also with deforestation, water issues and global warming...
