around 4:00 something in, the broth is tasted by itself. There are 2 PLaces to go where I am. One broth was at the precipice of reasonable salt, my regular place isn't. so did some undercover investigatin' and learned the chef (Salty san!!) was a heavy smoker, his taste buds are done. Best Vietnamese food in DFW is off of Pioneer Parkway spanning from Central Arlington to West Grand Prairie. Not too familiar with the Garland area in Northeast Dallas that supposedly has great Viet selection too.

I'm in Irving and it would be super amazing if y'all went to check out Pho Noodle, im not sure if its any good or not, but theres also a japanese restaurant and an asian mart as well as a korean mart!!!! It's probably not as good as any places you guys have been to, but it would be really cool!!!! Love the vids!!!!! Keep it up:)

I grew up eating fusion, but that was because it was hard to get the real ingredients. I still mess with recipes but I keep it on a tight leash. That said, I'd give this place a try and I'd keep an open mind.

The dry pho is basically pho with the soup on the side...you can order your like that at pho restaurants down here in the bay ha
