The very first concert I was allowed to go to on my own was in July 2000. Headlined by Korn and Papa Roach with openers…Powerman 5000!!!!! I still have extremely fond memories of that night, as well as the ticket stub! To think that nearly 22 years later I’d see Spider One appear in a video on my favourite channel is surreal. Not only appear either, but drop maybe some of the funniest jokes in the whole video. This show is an absolute gem amidst all the other amazing things this channel does. And I’m always consistently amazed at the breadth of Ryan lore, but also his wild ability to get guests from music I grew up with. Funhaus is legend! Fun extra fact: the name of my friend I went to that concert with all those years ago? Ryan.
