We have been blessed with 11 years of BDG now. Let's all remember where it started: I live in a field full of candy canes and waterfalls Where a rainbow can shine even when there is no storm I awake to the sunrise and the bird calls And at night I've got mother nature to keep me warm But, I write songs, and that's nothing to write about, you see I know what the public needs They want pain, they want heartbreak, they want tragedy I've got to find something on which the public feeds I want to Chorus: I want to wake up where the stars don't shine Where smog is mixed in with the early morning dew I know I can get there if I only had a sign I know I could get there if I only had a clue What it's like to live your life in a cage I want to know nothing more than pain and strife 1st time: I want to work at a fast food chain for minimum wage 2nd time: I want to be a child star, then ungracefully age I want to know what it's like to say, "I hate my life" Oh, I want to hate my life. Verse 2: I wish I had no friends at all I wish that everything I loved hated me in return I wish that all my dreams ended in dead ends, however small Oh, to have my life a little less wonderful is all I yearn But God has cursed me by making my life great And every night I pray that he'll make it just a little less swell And I hate him for giving me absolutely nothing to hate By making my life wonderful, he's made my life a living hell And I need to (Chorus)

I can't remember where i first saw this sentiment but i think about it a lot: when fans say that they don't care what you put out and they'd watch whatever as long as it's you and would watch unedited/cut footage, they mean it as a compliment but it can read to the artist like they do not care about the artistry you put into the work, and they are only interested in consuming something about you that you have little to no control over (like personality, voice, looks, etc). When you put the most consumable part of yourself on display and people are still hungry for the scraps you left on the cutting board... how can you ever feel like you did enough?

I think the calorie vs kilo-calorie thing is partly to confuse on how many calories a food will actually give you. A lot of "zero calorie" foods/drinks will have SOME caloric value, but what they mean is that it has less than 1000 cal/less than 1kcal. What makes people feel better - being told that their health drink has 0kcal but like 300 calories, or being told that it has ZERO calories based on this new definition of what a calorie is? Same goes for most foods - 370 calories sounds way better than 370 kilocalories (which translates as 370000 calories). 370kcals is a decent meal btw, it's just that people are going to be confused and misled when it's written as if the value is a thousand times weaker than it is.

@@danisaur.eyebrows8692 Oh, sorry, I was just insinuating that what you couldn't believe was the "Only 18" claim made by the spam comment above yours. My sleep-deprived brain currently thinks that bad jokes are peak comedy. My actual take on this situation is that I'm glad for the folks leaving Polygon because they don't pay an acceptable wage for the area. It sucks to see so many good series' go, though, and I'm even still sad that we'll never get another Gill and Gilbert with a Frank Advice segment. I really appreciated the dynamic between those three.

I mean, he did the math in one episode to find out he'd never be able to retire doing this job, so it makes sense he's leaving Polygon

The most edible pokemon would be more like which pokemon you could eat more of, you couldn't eat a large percentage of an onxi, only really the eyes, but you could eat all of a ponytar including the hooves

The worst part of this video is how it slowly grows on you how heartwarming this is of a goodbye I wouldn't be lying if I told you how this insane man's face in the thumbnail makes me excited for the next tremendously pretentious project to be released, and how it doesn't feel like a farewell or a see ya Unraveled as a series couldn't be a more meaningful series for me. I hope the best for Brian and am truly grateful for having the chance to watch it.

5:26 started to break my heart because he's right-I don't want to know what the most edible Pokémon is. I never did. But I'm always happy to hear Brian talk about whatever he talks about. I was never about the Pokémon, Brian. It was always about you.
