Since then it seems that Rafael's been wavering between that and "Maybe if she starts doing her wifely duties properly", when he has no intention of actually marrying her. I'm pretty sure that Judge Lynn Toler has said a few things about that kind of behaviour in the past, and that Judge Lynn told the man that he was just stringing his girlfriend along. I think Rafael just wants to hold out that hope so that Rosemary will work harder to please him.

I disagree with the Judge on this one. She has done more than enough for him to marry her- she cooks, cleans, gave birth to his kids, and is a stay at home mom. He literally only has to work. And the way she responded to him saying he wants more than beans and rice proved she immature and not supporting him She cooks for herself not for her family. And that came out her mouth. They both have some wrk to do but she was out of line for this bc none of the things she brought up were real issues that couldn't have been solved in the privacy of her home. She was superficial. Snoring, feet stink, etc. The only valid issue was the emotional cheating and she ain't even dig into that. The age difference plays a part into this too and his past.
