Great video! I followed your method from 8:33 to make the blend, with cross join it didn't work, it will just give a sum of all total users for each event in the chart (the same total number for each event dimension). If I pick left outer, it works properly. Do you maybe know why does it work for you with cross join, and why doesn't it work for me? I would also like to know if you have a method to count new entries for each step, similarly as GA4 does with the "Make open funnel" function. I couldn't figure this out, I tried with filtering out previous step events without any luck. I think the problem is that the blend is based on event dimensions and total users are just values, while GA4 has each user as a dimension itself, with their own events.

This got me most of the way! I got stuck with the funnel because some funnel stages are missing data. For example, in the sales funnel "meeting booked" has fewer entries than "meeting completed", but that's just because I forgot to put tasks in the "meeting booked" stage earlier. The % verse initial values still make sense though.

FYI, I was able to fix this with SQL code in calculated fields. E.g.: CASE WHEN [TIS] Qm booked IS NOT NULL THEN [TIS] Qm booked WHEN [TIS] Qm booked IS NULL AND [TIS] Qm completed IS NOT NULL THEN "QM completed but not booked" ELSE NULL END

the 3rd way, regular table chart, measure the users by events wrong! as you can see, all the users numbers are multiplied by 5
