I once made a family of vampires in Forgotten Hollow. Two parents, a couple kids, it was nice. Each had their own personality, story and vibe. I enter the game but I realize I had to use the bathroom. I leave to do so, forgetting that the game starts unpaused. When I came back, I saw they were all in a terrible mood. They had full autonomy so I wondered why they all hadn't just gone inside (some did, not all) to find something to fix that... then I saw it. There was a grave, and the mother was missing. The mom died by the fire of the sun in their first 5 minutes of living, and now the kids are scarred for life. So, yes, sims will find a way to set themselves on fire when left to their own devices lol

The first time I decided to make a family I left the game and pause for like 5 minutes and one of the parents had set herself on fire trying to cook something I want to emphasize that this is like the first family I ever made

Yesss! I 100% agree lol I think I spend more time looking for cc for them than my females too. I predominantly default to using a male sim as my go to. I didn't even know that people hated the males so much till seeing it in several videos. Glad to know I'm not the only one out there who loves my male sims!!
