You can't hear them talking crap in V because they always fight you if you stand next to them for 0.1 seconds for no reason. There's a mod that removes that behavior.

Venturas Poker Challenge is a TV show broadcast from Las Venturas in GTA IV. The exteriors still looked the same as in GTA San Andreas but I'm sure there will be a full redesign if we see more than a TV show in the future.
