@@ChristianCaseGaming graphics don't make a game and the driving in the game was not as bad as people make it out to be and the ones who talk bad about it have 0 driving skills also it's a game from 2008 and last I checked that was the last few years of 720p graphics which all games were locked to back then for the most part and those "poorly aged graphics" you speak of still sold for billions so once again graphics don't make a game

Actually in real life in the US, this can happen. If a vehicle has damaged brake lights or turn signals or the headlights are not working at night, the police may pull you over and fine you for neglecting safety.
