I had an office job for 4 years, really stressful one, doing over hours every shift, supervising and fixing stuff after juniors, solving hard problems nobody wanted, working on weekends and public holidays (holidays for free, if I don't count about $20 i got for the entire day, because I was graciously allowed home office, at the same time they refused to pay full if I'd go working at the office, which was even pointless, I had much better office at home than the slow crap tech I had to work with in the office, I worked even better and faster at home, but we were rarely allowed, only when we were sick), I started on a minimum wage, gradually earning little more, but still EVERY SINGLE month I had to withdraw heritage money I had after grandparents, only a bit less after a rise. I spent my money only for a rent, food, cigarettes (I quit long ago) and lunches, no new clothes, no vacations, nothing.... I was joking frustrated around that I wish I reach 0 numbers one day.. After I have realised that even the newest clueless junior gets more from the first day than me after years, doing all this shit, they fired me. They somehow drank me with "we are all the family here" crap.. Ah yes, I forgot a bossy superior nobody liked, who constantly bossed and stressed us around, the usual stuff, every mistake was our fault, every achievement was his. :) Basically Rowan here, but I love VLDL, specially Rowan. :) I ended up burned out, my doc wanted to write me half a year sicks... This is why they fired me too. I left also looking like a complete moron, since I was losing a grasp of myself, but nobody knew all this shit except my superiors and accountant, everyone thought I had the same conditions as they had and so I had to be an idiot.. And I didn't tell them because I didn't want to cause any damage to the company. Wrote some farewell email to everyone, positiv one, how I enjoyed it all and them, which was even true, and said nothing about these problems.

In my opinion, its the natural development from TV. We watched that stuff on Television with big actors for many years, but it was always so .. distanced. It felt like they demonstrate a different world we arent part of. Nowadays people want something that feels real, and a KZbinr or a Group of KZbinrs who make Sketches about a shared world, a life you also live, is just way more relatable and interesting to watch than Humphrey Bogart being a dreamy Gentlemen in Casablanca, dating a woman that acts like no actually existing woman in the known universe. We just... grew out of it. This is the future of television.

In the group chat, Ellie, Ben, and Rowan had argued about the pizza, then they made up and were getting along sharing cat gifs. Rowan must have said something else that Ellie and Ben found disgusting. So not only did Alan agree with something possibly horrible, his speech about pizza toppings really did come out of nowhere because they'd long since solved and moved on from that.

The most unbelievable thing about Tinder is that a woman as drop dead gorgeous as Brit would even need Tinder to meet men in the first place. It’s so common to see super model looking women on Tinder that you can’t tell the difference between REAL women and fake profiles. Like, “Oh, yeah. You sun bath in the Caribbean, travel to Rome, sight see in Mexico, and chill on a yacht, but not you’re gonna settle down and look for love in MINNEAPOLIS sucking Minnesota?! Sure…!” 😂😂

I will say "What the actual Hell", and it is a royal rumble at 3 am, between my 3 sisters, my mother, my 2 aunts and my 3 cousins, over who gets the antique wicker basket, not included in my recently deceased grandmothers will. My father sent a messages at 3:02 saying "could you please not include me in these groups?", only for the chorus of women, to join forces for a moment and beat him to death with strongly worded messages, only to give up on that corpse and start attacking each other again.
