Chief Henry reminds me that as a kid, when a guest died in episode I thought that they were written in that way because the actor died mid production and that was one of the few times they came back and I was like "oh, they just write a death for drama". I don't understand why I thought that. Maybe because I experienced death and illness early in my life and to have a 10 minute appearance to follow with a dramatic death we're meant to really feel seemed ridiculous more than "oh no, the actor died and couldn't finish the story".
