I ran into him on the beach and noticed his band aided coil while at the same time I have 3 15" coils, 2 11" in my car ready to go incase mine was to break. It was a no brainer to help out another detectorist in need. I hope he finds some great stuff with it. Thank You 👍

Sorry to here that not only you surgery got cancelled, but also it is more invasive than what they originally thought. I was told that I had to have open heart but I had to wait a month, not fun having all that time to think about it. Nice hunt for all of you guys, congrats on all the gold. Great hunt. Sorry to hear about the carpel tunnel surgery. You must be having more than just carpel tunnel done. I've had it done on both my wrists. The surgery took literally 15 minutes and I was back to full function after 10 days when the stitches came out. It really wasn't bad. Hopefully yours will be just as easy.

@@funwithjim Yeah, don't sweat the carpal tunnel surgery. It's just a small incision to cut the cartilage band that wraps your wrist like a watchband that is too tight. I was back to work the day after and the numbness was gone.

During your down time do some Q @ A video's and answer questions we all want to ask. Show us more cleaning of coins and tell us what you do with them, like we know you use the quarters for laundry but what do you do with the rest. What is your goal with the gold you find? If you can share some things about your family. But most of all take time to heal because I promise you if you don't it will get you later in life when your hands start to get worse in the surgery area, I had both done in my 30's and as a busy Mother couldn't rest them like I should have and now 50 years later things are stiffing up and hurting. Good luck and the beaches will be there in April or May just like before. Sharon.

Cts surgery on both hands and one elbow had me out of commission for about 4 months.....they had to do one hand at a time......the actual pain from the surgery was minimal but you can't really do anything with that hand for at least 2 weeks
