I needed this video. I have been using the parametrically driven vise setup for a while now and really like it. I have an exact model of my setup so there is no guess work especially when dealing with op1. For op2 and more I haven't been including my vises because I didn't know whether to create separate files for each setup but now I see its crystal clear. Thank you! Just subscribed btw :)

Wow where you been? Just an fyi. It was because of you I bought the Pm25mv. Also the centroid controller and the motors I’m using for it. I’ve communicated with you in the past for some advice. I’ve spent the last seven years teaching myself cnc online. But as of last week, I finally got a cnc machinist job that pays really well. Furthermore it’s basically a non existent job in my area. Especially for someone whos KZbin and internet trained. There are only two actual cnc machine shops and one that is more of a fabrication shop that has a cnc mill. So a big thanks to you my friend. I’m finally happy I have a well paying career doing what I love, and then I go home and do it some more.

Great video, super helpful! I'm dealing with a similar situation right now that requires 3 setups to machine 3 different sides, except one of the setups involves custom soft jaws to hold a part that does not have any straight edges. I used projected sketches to design the custom soft jaws using an extruded cut feature. I'd love to see you do a video similar to this video but that involves an odd-shaped part and custom soft jaws. I'm sure you know of a better Fusion 360 CAD / CAM technique to handle this scenario other than how I did it. Thanks for the great content.

How did you get the cube to auto update the top view with every operation?

Your video perfectly answers all my questions. You got a subscriber, please upload the next video at least in 1080p. Please set up Patreon, donate, or buy me a coffee. I'm willing to buy a beer.

@@FrancoCNC Hi Franco, I am trying to understand the setup for 4-6 sided operations while losing stock material on each setup? I hope that makes sense.
